Bonjour! Thank you for taking the time to view my blog, where I hope to share my observations and reflections on serving in the Peace Corps in Cameroon.
I applied to be a Maternal and Child Health extension volunteer with Peace Corps Cameroon in December 2014. I have been passionate about reproductive health, family planning and sex education for many years, volunteering with different organizations and clinics, and taking classes about women’s health. I arrived in Cameroon in September 2015, and swore in as a volunteer in November 2015. I created this blog to share what I learn and experience as a Peace Corps volunteer in Danfili, Adamawa, Cameroon.
Thank you for following my blog and sharing in my adventures. Don’t be a stranger! If you have questions about serving as a PCV or Cameroon, feel free to leave a comment or contact me directly.
